Grain,an important strategic materials for national survival and development,is also the fundamental guarantee for national economic development and can have an effect upon national welfare and the people's livelihood.In addition,its storage content,quality and security are closely associated with national economic development and social stability.Therefore,it is of great strategic value to well store grain for stable development and further improved national grain reserves system.Although grain reserve is constantly improving,its effect is not that obvious.The original reserve way accounts for over 80% across the country.With development of micro-control technology,sensor technology and wireless transmission technology,especially wide application of Internet of Things,grain monitoring and management in our country is now gradually moving towards intelligentization and automated management.Relevant research scholars at home and abroad have specially developed respectable grain monitoring system.While with a little applied research on grain monitoring in Internet of Things,certain flaws exist in many designs and researches,making it hard to well combine with grain reserve,such as insufficient monitoring information,early warning with delay and a lack of remote monitoring as well as management.This article has designed a remote monitoring and early warning system for grain barn based on Internet of Things,to solve problems under the current situation,such as insufficient monitoring information,early warning with delay and a lack of remote monitoring as well as management.The system is to collect information about humiture and open fire of grain barn by adoption of ZigBee chip CC2530 and make flame monitoring sensor R2868 the acquisition sensor for open fire in the barn.This article has also made use of STC12C5A60S2 singlechip as microprocessor,applied correlation photoelectric sensor as grain level detection element,and designed a set of gauge for grain level to measure accurately storage height of the barn.With application of GPRS technology and design of remote monitoring software,the system can monitor and give early warning to grain barn.The test result shows that remote monitoring and early warning system for grain barn designed in the article based on Internet of Things enjoy secure and stable communication.In the process of remote data transmission of information,packet loss probability of the system is less than 5%,and response time to warning of open fire is 1.8s.With easy operation of the system,remote monitoring software can basically satisfy design requirements,enjoy relatively high practical application and can effectively realize function of remote monitoring and early warning for grain barn.
