Internet of things is the Internet technology, the network of the Internet of things and the comprehensive application of information technology which led to the third wave of the information industry. It is areas of the world as one of the development. Obviously, it will affect the national security, political, economic development, social security and other aspects. It will have a great impact on people's work and life in the future.Internet of things will become an important part of the new generation of information technology. As the name suggests "The Internet of things''. It includes two meanings:first, the basis of things connect to the Internet for the mainstream and in the network based on a kind of extension and expansion; second, it is between the extension and expansion of any object were the exchange of information and network communications. It can be summed up; definition of networking is to connect any kind of Internet, a variety of sensing equipment for information exchanges and communication, information sharing, network communication, intelligent target recognition and location tracking, monitoring and management.This topic is through the use a platform of Internet technology and the idea of building an Arduino-Intel based Galileo development board, a machine running noise design of remote monitoring system in Ubuntu environment. The A/D conversion to the noise signal and acoustic conversion, completed the calibration of different microphones. The data in real time and frequency domain processing are using the analysis module of the system, the realization of monitoring and early warning of different equipment running under different conditions generated noise.Based on IOT (Internet Of Things) networking audio signal acquisition device to collect information (high sensitive sensor or microphone), analysis and processing functions, and through the Wi-Fi network send the preprocessed data to the data center. The data center on further processing of the data, and then monitoring the operation state of the machine. At the same time, the establishment of a network server, users can remotely monitor the running state on their machine in the mobile terminal. The design of a visual user interface is provided with the user interface display clear and vivid through visualization module.
