Research And Development Of Equipment Monitoring And Management System Based On Internet Of Things

With the rise and application of the concepts of intelligent manufacturing and intelligent factories,the requirements for the use and management of equipment are becoming higher and higher.The realization of comprehensive data collection and monitoring in the process of equipment and management by intelligent means has become the focus of enterprise research.This paper is based on the development project of the equipment monitoring and management system of a mechanical plant in Zhejiang.After field investigation and demand analysis on the status quo of equipment monitoring in this enterprise,the author made a theoretical study on the equipment monitoring and management system,and then combined with industrial Internet technology,designed a solution to equipment monitoring and management system,mainly for the information system Design and Development.This paper focuses on the following 4 aspects:First,introduces the current development of Internet of things technology and equipment monitoring technology,which lays the foundation for the application of industrial Internet of things technology to realize equipment monitoring and management.Secondly,through the demand analysis,combined with the industrial Internet of things technology,designs the overall plan of equipment monitoring and management.Then,from the three aspects of device interconnection technology,system configuration technology and equipment file construction technology,the key functions of device monitoring and management system are studied and implemented.Finally,introduces equipment monitoring and management information system.The system is designed in detail from every functional module of the system,and data modeling is carried out.The realization process of the key functions of the system is given,and the running instance of the information system is given.
