Research On Schedule Management Of AMT Software Development Project Of SPT Company

With the rapid development of information technology,software development is more and more large scale,the traditional management mode has been increasingly unable to meet the needs of the development of a software development project,urgently need to be introduced into the software development project in modern project management.As one of the nine knowledge systems of project management,schedule management is one of the three management functions of project management,and it is an important branch of project management.Schedule control is the key management link to ensure the project completed on schedule.Detail model of schedule management based on PERT combined with CCPM,and improve all aspects of the project schedule management work;secondly,in the process of software development project in SPT company for the application of the improved schedule management measures,and many aspects of estimation,resource allocation and process in the construction period arrange and obtained a good application effect,which provides the reference to the implementation of similar projects.This paper summarizes and analyzes the management methods of "PERT" and "CCPM",and makes a comprehensive study of their advantages and disadvantages.It effectively combines the advantages of the two management methods,and applies it to the SPT software company's project development process,and successfully optimizes and improves its schedule management process.It is proved that the schedule management method based on PERT and CCPM can shorten the project duration effectively,and improve the ability of the project to meet the schedule and budget constraints.
