Design And Implementation Of Supplier Coordination System In Retail Supply Chain Management

The ever-intensifying market competition environment makes enterprises need to face a wider range of business competition directly,and enterprises need a deeper division of labor.Under such circumstances,each enterprise in the supply chain between upstream and downstream strengthens business cooperation,timely sharing of information,and becomes a new element for enterprises to improve competitiveness and win-win cooperation.Business and information collaboration between retailers,suppliers and manufacturers is becoming more and more important.Therefore,it is very urgent to establish a supplier collaboration system suitable for retail industry.This paper introduces a supplier collaboration system based on retail supply chain management,which realizes the business collaboration between retail enterprises and suppliers.Its functions include: information exchange,document collaboration,settlement and reconciliation,business report analysis,data collaboration,user rights role,etc.Through business data interaction,the functions of retailer and supplier's supply and demand data release and online communication are realized;the functions of retailer and supplier in order delivery and delivery reservation are realized through document coordination function;the paper-free reconciliation settlement and invoice submission between retailer and supplier are realized through settlement management.Functions;through data collaboration function to achieve retail enterprises,suppliers can timely and accurately share sales information,shipping information,inventory information.The supplier collaboration system adopts the B/S architecture separated from the front end and the end.The database uses MySQL and Eclipse as the main development tools.The background development framework uses Spring MVC + Dubbox,the background development language uses Java,and the foreground development language mainly uses H5 + Vue.js.The application of the system is helpful to improve the information exchange and business cooperation between retail enterprises and suppliers,and improve the overall operational efficiency of the retail supply chain.
