In the network environment,human information management business has become important trends in all walks of life,how to use the fruits of development of information technology to improve the quality and the level of corporate management business is an important challenge facing the daily operations of power industry.The human information management business is an important business in the power department,and the business process management services and the content included in the business is more complex.The domestic power companies have put a lot of manpower and material resources to improve the quality and efficiency of its human information management business by building information technology service management platform software.In this context,this thesis made a detailed analysis and analysis of the design and development work of the human information data report management information system proposed by Nanchong Power Supply Company.Human information data report management software system is an important part of the department internal information system.This thesis realization a human resource report management platform by the use of J2 EE and XML,which could get data from other systems and create report according to the demand of managers.In the specific contents,this thesis includes the below parts contents.The information interaction function between the system studied in this thesis and the systems already deployed in the company is realized by the use of XML technology,and this system could create EXCEL report panel according to the request of the human resource managers.The study work in this thesis include the needing analysis work,system design work,system realization work and the system testing work.The EXCEL report management function is realized by the use of NPOI technology.And at the mean time,this thesis made a brief analysis for the testing work of the system,including test environment systems,test methods,test content and test results of the evaluation,etc.Finally,the summary and outlook work is studied in this thesis.The human information management software system studied in this thesis uses C/S network architecture,development technologies including J2 EE development technology and SQL Server database development technology.The function models in the system including report template management,data management reporting,management,and decision support systems management modules,which could provide information technology means for the Nanchong Power Supply Company’s human information management business,and could improve the company’s quality and efficiency of the human information management work.
