China Mobile actively respond to the national broadband China strategy call to apply for fixed line license to join the construction of broadband.For the last kilometer access capacity,the project construction,project management,risk management is more and more important.Based on the risk management of FTTH project of China Mobile Hebei Langfang company as the research object,the risk of the project are analyzed,and to discuss the risk measures,through the comparison of the duration of the preliminary risk response before and after a pass rate,improve the risk management of Langfang(CMCC)FTTH project.Combined with the actual situation of Langfang's FTTH project,the risk management system is established,including partner management,information integration management.process centralized management of three parts.Risk management,risk assessment and risk response should be carried out for each management part of the system.Partners in the risk management system:the Ministry of planning investment material supply risk development risk,marketing risk,network user capital operation risk,construction unit;information integration management:part of the risk level of risk,technology risk,personnel management and coordination risk,information risk and other equipment;in the process of centralized management of some project risk design,risk,bidding risk,construction risk,risk acceptance,credit risk etc..For the identified risk points,qualitative and quantitative analysis,and draw a major risk for material supply risk and high risk for the construction schedule risk,and finally put forward the risk response measures.This paper focuses on the combination of theory and practice,which has some guidance and reference significance for the risk management of Langfang's FTTH construction project.
