Shipbuilding industry is an important part of modern industry,which has close relations with defense industry,transportation industry,ocean energy development and utilization and marine research,and also provides them with the most important platform and carrier-ships,while the shipping management software is the key to ensure safe and stable operation of ships.The shipping management software is a large and complex integrated management system,which is consist of ship's equipment system,materials system,crew system,medical system,etc.Therefore,too many function modules and complicated operation process will reduce efficiency of shipping management,maybe even cause serious security risks.Therefore,this paper is aim to meet user requirements and improve management efficiency,by designing and optimizing the interface of shipping management software from the perspective of user research.The main parts of this paper are as follows:At first,there is a comprehensive research of the contents of shipping management and experiences of traditional management,then making an analysis of existing national and international shipping management software,which could help to find problems and understand the future trend of shipping management software.Study of user research and design method and evaluate method of interface design is proceeding at the same time,and the contact between the shipping management software interface design and user research is established.As a result,the interface design method of shipping management software based on the theory of user research is proposed.Secondly,combining with the above research results and the actual design case,this paper optimizes function modules and operation process of shipping management software,and makes detailed analysis of each function module.Then confirming basic functions and additional functions of each function module,optimizing operation process to be more logical,in order to provide design principles for the navigation of interface design.At the same time,this paper comes up with shipping management software user interface design principles to improve user experience,which is based on study of the method of software interface design.And then makes the definition and standardization of interface design elements,provides the basis and reference for the interface design.Thirdly,combining user analysis of shipping management software and the division of software user role to select the target user,then establishing user's behavior model and the user's cognitive model to analyze specific user task process,to determine the user requirements,and to guide the task process optimization design.On this basis,this paper design three sets of interface design which are based on different user requirements as their guidance.Finally,this paper evaluates three sets of design with analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and optimal designs the final shipping management software with the evaluation results.Then get the feasibility of shipping management software through the eye movement experiment,and to verify the effectiveness of the design method and the evaluate method.
