With the advent of the era of experience economy,people are constantly pursuing a better user experience in the process of using products.In 2013,China requires the establishment of a unified registration platform for real estate and a backstage system that supports the platform.Although the present unified information management platform has opened the era of interactive experience,the real estate backstage system still stays in the realization of the function,which has been unable to use the user to feel satisfied.Therefore,this paper takes user experience as the guide and optimizes the interface design of the real estate data integration system based on the user experience model.User request acquisition based on hierarchical task analysis.The process mainly includes:using the analytic hierarchy process analysis method to investigate,inviting users to operate the real estate data integration system on the spot,observing and recording their operation behavior,and conducting interviews and collecting questionnaires.Analyze the existing problems and obtain the user's needs;then,use the KJ method to integrate the demand classification,use the factor analysis to extract the main factors of the demand,get the user requirement model,the application hierarchy analysis method to determine the importance of the user requirements,and build a more accurate user demand model.Based on the user experience model,the interface of the real estate data integration system is systematically designed.First,the information architecture of the system is re carded,divided,rearranging the original function according to its relevance,in order to save the learning time of the user and simplify the user's operation behavior.Secondly,the design elements of the system interface are extracted by morphological analysis,and the evaluation index is determined by the(AHP)to determine the weight of each evaluation index.The data management interface is collected as the sample,and the representative sample is obtained.The design class is obtained by the analysis of the system.The design is designed by the quantitative theory I.The scores and partial correlation coefficients of the class are calculated by genetic algorithm using Matlab,and three excellent solutions are obtained.Finally,the color matching scheme is obtained according to the interface color design principle and the research results,and the interaction behavior in the interface is designed according to the interactive design method and optimization strategy,in order to improve the satisfaction of interactive behavior.Through the beauty of the layout evaluation method,get the score of three schemes,combine the TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method,calculate the relative close degree ofeach scheme and ideal solution to judge the good and bad of the scheme,thus get the scheme sort,get the best scheme,and make the uniform design of the other system interface,and use the Axure software to design the system interface.The prototype is used to get a high fidelity prototype.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the prototype of the system,and verify whether the optimized prototype can meet users' needs and expectations.
