With extensive utilization of computer technology,the traditional human resources management within the enterprise shows more and more serious problems.For example,during the establishment of human resources information management,various departments within one enterprise confront with the problem of “Information Island”.The function and structure in the current human resources information management system is too simple to be directly shared by the relevant departments within one enterprise.What's more,the traditional human resources management system is difficult to operate and requires training,which results in poor user experience and increases the operating costs.In order to solve the above problems,this paper designs new human resource management system for small-and-medium enterprises in our city based on Visual Basic 6.0 technology,SQL Server database technology and new technical characteristics of human resource management system.The main work of this paper is as follows.(1)This paper collects and sorts literates.This paper analyzes the ongoing problems of traditional human resources management in domestic and foreign research and the solution ideas and countermeasures to those problems.Besides,the characteristics of the new human resource management system and the corresponding development ideas are also illustrated.(2)In order to develop new human resource management system,this paper illustrates related theoretical and technical knowledge in the second chapter.This article discusses and studies technical features of Visual Basic 6.0 development tools.It gives the reasons for choosing Visual Basic 6.0.SQL Server,as a medium-sized database,with usability,expansible and other technical advantages are adopted by the new human resources management system.Targets on users' query,storage and update requirements,this paper adopts ADO database access technology in the new human resource management system.In order to facilitate the development,this paper uses the class encapsulation DLL technology to reduce programming during the system development.In order to improve usability,this article achieves complex statements printing and exporting functions by calling macro command in Excel.(3)Before developing new human resources management system,this paper gives feasibility analysis,demand analysis and business process analysis of the new system.In the feasibility analysis,this paper analyzes the economic feasibility and technical feasibility of the new system.In the demand analysis,this paper analyzes the functional and performance requirement and the availability and reliability of the new system.At the same time,the new human resource management system is a typical multi-type user system.Targeted on different types of users,this paper gives appropriate use cases of business processes of the new system.(4)In the overall design of the new human resource management system,the structure design is introduced firstly.Based on the structure,the design of the functional structure is refined,which is divided into organizational department management,personnel information management,attendance and evaluation management,pay and benefits management and performance training management.Then we introduce the design of E-R diagram.In the SQL Server 2005 database,we illustrate five relevant information tables,namely,department management table,personnel information table,assessment evaluation form,salary and welfare table and performance training table.(5)In the realization of the new human resource management system,this paper utilizes the technical characteristics of Visual Basic 6.0 development tools and the performance of SQL Server 2005 database to realize five specific modules,namely: organization department module,personnel information Module,evaluation module,salary and welfare module,performance training module.This paper will eventually integrates these five specific modules and shows the key code and corresponding effect display of specific modules.(6)After the realization of the new human resource management system,this paper systematically tests on the function,the system performance,the system security and the system compatibility respectively.The system tests show that the system developed in this paper meets the requirements of small-and-medium enterprises.To sum up,the new human resource management system in this paper has solved basically the problems in the traditional ones and ultimately to achieve the internal and external organizational structure planning,staff change adjustment,attendance evaluation implementation,training to enhance the program and so on,which improves the level of human resources management.The new system can serve reliably for the enterprise and maximize the efficiency of enterprise management.In a word,it is a new type of human resource management system that can create greater economic value for the enterprise.
