Human Resource Management System is a typical management informationsystem (MIS). The core of the enterprise competition is the competition of humanresources. The system is designed and developed in order to adapt the urgent need ofthe current corporate human resources information management software system, andits contents, including the two parts of the back-end database and the foregroundapplication.This paper is departure from the actual business of the company, the status of thecompany’s personnel management, through depth and detailed system investigationand design a set of practical human resource management information system. Thesystem’s development tool is the Visual Basic Enterprise Edition, back-end database isSQL Server2000database, reports is Crystal Reports Crystal Reports10.0, threesoftware combine to develop applications based on a network can be flexible statisticalstatements human resources management system, to adapt the enterprise informationmanagement needs of human resources.This paper is according to the requirement of the software engineering to thedesign of the scientific and standardized system, in the human resources managementinformation system, on the basis of in-depth investigation, through the detailed demandanalysis, business process and data flow analysis, completed the system overallstructure design, data structure and database design, input and output design, etc.Implementation for all employees within the enterprise management function,including employee information query, input, modify, and delete; And important notice,the latest rules and regulations of personnel information and personnel, etc., realize theinformatization of personnel management. Finally has carried on the software functiontest, still need to continue to improve this system are analyzed, predict the future trendof the development of human resources management system.
