With the moving forward of the economic integral whole turn all over the world, it is becoming harder and harder to manage the human resource well, the human resource has become one of the important factor for the companies to survive and develop. In the old way, the company's department of human resource used to manage the archives by handcfaft, it's fussy and the efficiency is very low, what's more, it's easy to make mistake in this way. So, it can't adapt the demand of managing the contingent of human resource in modern company, which is being biger and biger. At the same time, with the fast development of the technology of computer, it has become true to work without a man, it is imperative under the situation to manage the human resource by computer.The purpose that we found the Human Resources Management Information System is using the modern technology to manage the information of human resources, and helping the company to walk forward. A good information management of human resource should contain two big important models: One is a communion model that make sure that the information could be set necitily,timely and in two derections, that is Electronic Human resource(short for E-HR); The other is a dealing with model that aperception,classing and dealing with the information that has already exist, that is Human Resources Management System(short for HRMS). They are parallel but contain each other in the human resource information management technology, they walk one after another and help another.The human resources information management won't show bigger force in helping the organise to develop unless we let the two big sides uniting ,and solve the problem that data being trated standardly and make sure that there is enough information to flow in.I put more energy to found an HRMS that dealing with information, and put a little energy to noticing the way that the sysytem change information with the environment.My task is based on the operation of managing the human resource in moderate and small companies, and I have used some theory of the management of human resource for reference to design and achieve a industrially informational system for the management of human resource, I'm trying to offer a solution to manage human resource, which is based on human being and is very scientific and reasonable. In this system, I use a Client/Server with two flours, and take the SQL Server 2000 as my management system for the data base, and take the Visual Basic 6.0 as the exploitation roof garden, and I worked for different employees in company, and on the base of all the sides of the Human Resources Management, to offer a exchange visitsed roof garden for the HRMS.There are six chapters in the paper. The first chapter is introduction, in which I introdused some basic knowledge of Human Resources management and management information system; I expatiated the key suspensory technologies the my system in chapter two; I designed the system in chapter three; The system is finished in chapter four; What is in chapter five is something abort evaluation of actualizing of the system. In this chapter, I paid attention to the issuancing of the system, the risks in actualizing the system, some key technologies in the system and the predominances and shortages of the system. The work of summing-up and expectation was finished in chapter six.
