The Application Of ABB Industrial IT System In ChengDe JinYu Cement Plant

ABB Industrial IT DCS system has high level technology in the world: AC800 F and 800 xa DCS system are important members of the IndustrialIT family,the plant owner select theAC800 F system,This system applied in the ChengDe JinYu cement plant with scale from limestone crushing(quarry)to cement packing,centralized monitoring management and distributed controling.The main content of application job insite:first is network connection;Between each controller,operator station and engineer station(use Dell PC,XP operating system)communication,industrial Ethernet based on TCP/IP protocol.Because of the characteristics of the cement industry,the controller and the operator stations scattered and with long distance,so the communication network uses a redundant fiber ring net structure.second is the I/O channels checking and optimizing program;domestic cement factory usually uses the method of point to point which brings a large amount of cable lying and connection work,that is low efficiency.Compared with Cheng De Jin Yu cement factory,MCC and PLC on a small site cabinet is using Profibus DP protocol;preheater and cooler instruments are using Profibus PA protocol;electrical multi-function meters are using Modbus protocol which needs to be changed to Profibus DP protocol for communication.Due to the use of field bus,the installation and commissioning of the project is extremely efficient,saving a lot of time for the project construction.third is the configuration and commissioning of SNCR system which has effectively reduces the nitrogen oxides in exhaust gas,protects the atmospheric environment and passed the acceptance inspection of Environmental protection department.fourth is the analysis and fixing all kinds of unexpected problems during the system running period;In order to eliminate the potential fault of the system and make the system more reliable and perfect.The system has been runing more than two years after passing the acceptance inspection,the effection is good,fully meet the production needs and achieved good economic benefits.
