| Cement is the important foundation raw material of the national economy. In current cement plant construction, especially in the process of cement production, the waste phenomenon of raw materials, capital and other resources is serious with the presence of poor quality cement and dust, exhaust gas, raw materials, fuels and other waste too much environmental problems, which has influenced the cement operation quality and manufacturing costs. Therefore, the importance of the cement production process intelligent control becomes increasingly apparent. The PLC control is a very important technical stage in the process of cement production, so cement production needs to apply the resources saving design scheme to ensure cement production quality and environmental issues, and meet the demands of simple control and high efficiency.This paper takes one large scale cement production line as the research and design object, analyzing the new dry cement production technical and studying related technology and the latest results of the cement production process control system combined with practical technical process and control requirements; taking kiln head control station for example design based on PLC distributed control system of cement production line process control system. The system is divided into three levels, operation management layer, the intermediate process control layer and field device layer, constructing the integration of management and control network consisting of control system network (Ethernet) and field bus network (PROFIBUS-DP). This paper expounded the hardware device of the kiln head, configuration and the software design under the PCS7programming environment.The design of the whole system has been completed and spot test has been conducted as well. The system operates well, realizing the goal of design. |
