Research On Acrylic Fiber Production Combined With The Multi-system Control Based On AC800F

Acrylic fiber production is a control process which is complex， continuousand has avery strict process control indicators. Therefore a high level of automation and control isnecessary. This paper is aimed at expanding the company H acrylic production scale，researching at acrylic production of multi-joint control system based on AC800F.This paper focused on studying the multi-system combined controlsystem in acrylicproduction. By analyzing the application status of the I phase control system of Hcompanyand the system requirements of II phase DCS，the over all program planning and selectionof the II phase control systemis have determined. Namely by three steps to complete thenew polymeric part AC800F of ABB，new spinning part TPS of Honeywell，Upgrade andintegrate migration about the original Freelance2000system and combining with thespecific work process of AC800F.On this basis，according to the process requirements ofacrylic fibers production， design a multi-system joint control process. Such aspolymerization kettle temperature cascade control，mixing ratio control，washing waterlevel process control，etc. Moreover，based on programming platform of CBF and GUSsystem of TPS，Complete the programming of the control system and the installation anddebugging. In the end，steps，methods，and design Suggestions of programming anddebugging of DCS control system is given.After the system is put into operation，the control is smooth，fully meet the demandof production scale and product differentiation，improving the production capacity of10000tons，and10000tons of reserve control，product classy article rate has greatlyincreased; The chosen multiple redundant controller has a higher degree of automation，it’s safe and reliable，can operate without trouble for many years.
