Cement enterprises to adapt to competitive market, in addition to continuously improve the quality of cement, should also strengthen the management of production automation and security monitoring equipment failure diagnosis. Materials of Cement and cement production as a whole is expected production of the important link, it determines the quality of cement products good or bad, on the design of its monitoring programme it is particularly important.In order to realize the monitor and control during the material of cementl transportion, feeding, milling, powder separation, storage, weighting and feeding, a control system based on Profibus-DP was developed for a new material of cement production process.In a full comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of various control programmes, we made decision to adopt a IPC & PLC & field-bus structure to solve the control problems which efficiently resulted from the complexity of the manufacturing flow, multiplicity of equipments, excessiveness and disperse of I/O. In the locate, AC transducers and soft starters form the DP slaves by field-bus communication card in the field to realize the driver and control. Data of actual temperature and pressure measured by devices were transferred with RS485 bus. A S7-300 PLC, which acted as a DP master and MPI slave, form the middle control layer. Besides finishing the basic logical function, the importance was it harmonized the work among these DP slaves via field-bus communication. A ADVANTECH IPC, which acted as a MPI master, was used to display parameters, deal with alarm information, print report forms and so on.Mix proportion in materials of cement production is a complex process, the classical and modern control theory could not calculate it. So choose a mathematical model of the object is not dependent on the control strategy. So it was necessary to find a new control theory which has no need for exact mathematic model to design a new controller. The dissertation adopted a fuzzy PID parameter self-adaptive algorithm to tune the PID parameters on line according to the different demand for PID parameters at different response phases.According to the chemical composition of raw materials and the demands of clinker, using fuzzy control technology, through the control of the estimate and the expected total allocation for the three expected to cement, the expected quality and output will be significantly enhanced.
