This article briefly describes the development and control characteristics of DCS system and cement's production.Base on cement production process, explains the piecewise continuous control modes, the main control point type, special sub-control system using in cement plant. Under the cement production process control requirements, describe the architecture of ABB Industrial IT system (a fully integrated control system) , analyze the features and typical configuration.Combined with the design and commissioning of foreign EPC project, explain intelligent bus equipments widely used in the process control, describe communications parameter setting for M102P intelligent motor controller, MV protection Relay, VFD. Base on attribute objective technical, analyze the system software architecture and design process, introduce the typical operating panels and interfaces in cement control.Finally, sum up the typical system configuration of new cement control. Introduce the using of the advanced control and MIS in this project, reference for future control in cement production.
