Design And Implementation Of Document Transfer System In PSBC

Office automation(OA)system aiming at improving efficiency and reducing costs of official business,has been widely used.The OA,as an important component of information construction system,has been attached great importance by government.Government agencies,enterprises and institutions,etc.are actively adopting the office automation so as to achieve efficient processing of official business.Among all the activities in the office automation system,document transfer system acts as a core role,through which office staffs can easily share information quickly,and realize efficient collaboration,which allows rapid,full range of document transfer and processing.The adoption of work-flow-tech allows the official assignments can be conducted in order,under certain rules designed before,which aims at improving efficiency,and ultimately realizing the synergistic competitive advantages of government agencies.Hence,it is of great importance to accelerate the construction of document transfer system base on work-flow-tech to promote the construction of government information.This article is structured as follows:First,background and significance of the project are introduced.Further more,fundamental theories related to work-flow-tech are also elaborated.Second,according to the actual demands of a certain bank,some efforts have been made in the design of the overall structure and basic functions of this document transfer system.Also based on work-flow,business processes and suitable database were designed on the whole.Moreover,some core functions like receiving and sending messages have been realized.Finally,system test minimized the system defect,which fully prepared this system for practical application.This OA system takes a form of Browser-Server structure with ASP.NET technology,in terms of the programming language and background database,this paper respectively takes C#and SQL.The OA system designed in this paper has been applied into practice.The result showed that,as expected,the document transfer system based on work-flow could make a difference in the efficiency and performance for the postal savings bank.
