A Study On Influencing Factor And Model Of Knowledge Transfer In Intelligence Work

Along with the rising of knowledge-based economy in the world, the knowledge management gradually became a hot issue in the community of both enterprisers and scholars. The status and function of knowledge in the process of organization growth has been widely realized. As an important link of knowledge management process, the knowledge transfer becomes the essential foundation of many organizations to construct the competitive advantage. And it has become a hot area of research, the study develop continuously from theory to practice application.In this paper, the study's target is for the application in the field of intelligence work, the study of intelligence and influence factors of knowledge transfer, based on the particularities of the intelligence agencies, intelligence work involved in knowledge transfer includes two aspects: the formation of information and the delivery of information. It's the key to obtain competitive advantage by properly developing the huge invisible knowledge property inside intelligence department and promoting knowledge transfer between expert and intelligence agent, intelligence agent and user.Therefore, in the knowledge-based economy conditions, the research on intelligence agencies of knowledge transfer mechanism that intelligence agencies is to increase knowledge content, to improve level of the knowledge service directly requirements. In order to achieve the knowledge management, scientific management objective of developing an effective and quality intelligence agencies knowledge transfer mechanism is very important. The study for intelligence work in the diffusion of knowledge, improve the knowledge transfer effects intelligence agencies, expand the intelligence.In theory, this article begins at the concept, model and the process mechanism from abroad knowledge transfer, summing up foreign scholars on knowledge transfer research results. This thesis has build affecting-factors model of knowledge transfer intelligence work, and specifically set out five class elements.The study investigated some intelligence departments and a library and consulted intellectual domain experts by email. Then this thesis has used SPSS analysis software, adopted a factor analysis, to ensure that the survey data reliability and validity on the basis of analysis, and test all the hypotheses with correlation coefficient, single - factor analysis of variance, regression analysis methods. According as the analysis results on the assumption model to be positive after the intelligence work in knowledge transfer factors affecting the model. Finally, a summary of the study's conclusions and propose effective intelligence agencies can improve the effectiveness of the recommendations of the knowledge transfer.
