The Research Of The Work Flow Modeling And Simulation Supported Enterprise Business Reengineering

With China's accession to WTO and the continuous push forward of the market globalization, modern enterprises are facing larger competition. In order to gain bigger market share in the global competition, and enhance the international competition, they must adapt their management model to market rule which is rapidly changing. Therefore, business process reengineering has become one of the main issues which are faced by the modern enterprise. Enterprise business process reengineering modeling and simulation based-on work flow management technology is one of the main research directions of business process reengineering.This paper mainly studies to the work flow modeling and simulation technology based-on BPR. It's major work:Firstly, the BPR work flow simulation model which supports the work flow simulation based-on BPR is proposed. In this model, the process model is core, the data model provides its relevant data, the time model provides corresponding time constraint, the organization model and the resource model provides simulation environment, and the evaluation model provides simulation analysis and optimization. According to analysis, the model's formal definition is given in this paper.Secondly, through studying discrete-event simulation methods and BPR work flow simulation, the discrete-event simulation method is combined with BPR work flow simulation, and the message-driven work flow simulation method is proposed. Moreover, considering the enterprise actual condition, the evaluation indicator and the comprehensive evaluation method is proposed.Finally, the work flow simulation system based-on BPR is designed and implemented. The architecture is given. The business logic layer is detailedly described, including its main components and its core class and algorithm. Using the BPR work flow simulation prototype system, for an actual process, modeling and simulation is performed, and then the analysis and evaluation is given.It is very significant to the BPR work flow management and evaluation.
