In the development of fuze products,a large number of tests are needed to verify the performance of the products,and provide a reference for subsequent design.Therefore,how to effectively collect and record the experimental data is an important issue.At present in the test is generally used for special data recording instrument for signal acquisition,the instrument is fully functional,but also has the following disadvantages: first,the sampling frequency is not high enough,the sampling period is generally s,but some signals produce the echo signal and signal processing of the fuze is ns grade,not direct collection.Secondly,the volume is large,not easy to carry and use.Third,the recorder will all the tested signals as analog A/D acquisition and storage,but in fact there are many signals are digital signals to analog acquisition will increase the amount of data,and does not facilitate the subsequent processing.In order to make up for the above deficiencies and enrich the means of collecting and recording test data,a small scale acquisition test data logger for high speed fuze is developed.After the test is completed,the stored data can be read into the host computer through the USB port for the purpose of data analysis and processing.The main design work includes circuit design,FPGA logic design,SCM software design,host computer software design and structural design.Small size and easy to use,it is not only suitable for high-speed acquisition and recording of fuze test data,but also for other occasions requiring high-speed data recording.Compared with the current special data acquisition equipment or data acquisition card,this project has the following innovation points: "small scale fuze test data high-speed acquisition recorder" :The recorder has dual working modes,and the analog signals and digital signals can be collected and recorded in two main ways: passive and passive.In the active mode,with its own recorder sampling clock frequency of the input signal for high-speed A/D sampling,this mode is mainly for high speed analog signal;in passive mode,the fuze must provide the synchronous clock,recorder as a synchronous clock sampling clock,recording the input signal,the main mode for digital signal.The sampling data of the two working modes can be directly stored in the large capacity NAND FLASH storage array.The recorder has a high sampling rate and can reach up to 200 MSPS.Small in size and only 194×150×40(CM),it is easy to test with fuze products.Independently equipped with LCD module and keyboard,it can be used in offline environment.
