As an important carrier to store the main flight data,high-speed data recorder plays an important role in the recovery and analysis of the data after the flight.Simulation flight data can effectively avoid the unexpected situation that the aircraft may encounter in the actual flight process,and provide theoretical basis for the design and optimization of the aircraft.The recorder includes acquisition and editing device,memory and testing platform.It mainly analyzes and introduces the circuit interface between the testing platform and acquisition and editing device,data transmission mode and data storage process of memory.According to the research content of this paper,referring to the research status at home and abroad,and according to the technical indicators,a feasible implementation scheme is designed.The recorder is used to realize LVDS long-distance data transmission,and ensure the data stability through CRC verification,with a transmission rate of 200Mbps;and multi-channel RS-422 signal acquisition,with a single transmission rate of 10 Mbps.All acquisition links are frame packed to achieve reliable data storage with zero error rate.The upper computer directly reads the memory data through the Ethernet link,and the acquisition and editing device uses the Ethernet protocol chip W5300,and adopts the TCP / IP transmission protocol.The reading rate can reach more than 80 mb / s.The test-bed and the acquisition and editing device transmit the instruction and state through 1553B bus,and the data transmitted is stable and reliable.The key points of the system design include 1553B bus control and bus monitor design,which are described in detail from hardware circuit design and software logic;FPGA program online update,FPGA configuration circuit,program storage flash M25P64 read-write process,and program primitive ICAP configuration method;NAND is adopted as memory Flash,adopting the programming mode of multi plane circular erasure,can keep the original data and improve the speed of flash programming,and introduces the special ECC verification mode of NAND flash.Finally,the test method and process of high-speed data recorder are introduced.In the process of equipment debugging and actual use,the abnormities are described in detail,the causes are analyzed in detail,and a variety of feasible solutions are proposed.Through a large number of tests and environmental tests,it is verified that the telemetry data recorder meets the requirements of technical indicators and works stably and reliably.
