Ultra-high Speed Data Acquisition system plays an important role in modern electronic reconnaissance and high resolution imaging radar.Solutions are put forward for problems of ultra-high Speed Data Acquisition and large capacity data transmission.Finally,ultra-high speed data acquisition system is designed and implemented.The contents and achievements of this dissertation are as follows:1?Design scheme of miniaturized ultra-high speed data acquisition system is demonstrated,and hardware design of the system is carried out.According to requirements of the system,development plan based on EV10AQ190 A is determined.Analog front-end,data receive and transmission,interconnection between systems,clock module and power circuit of ultra-high speed data acquisition system is analyzed and designed.Finally,scheme of the overall design of ultra-high speed data acquisition system is carried out.At the same time,problems of layout for mixed-signal PCB and route for high speed differential signals are analyzed and solved.2?Series-to-parallel conversion based on ISERDES1 is studied.Series-parallel conversion of high-speed serial data is one of the key issues of ultra-high speed data acquisition system.Series-to-parallel converter of 1:4 is built based on ISERDES1.Data of 625 MHz Double data rate is converted to 312.5MHz Single data rate data.According to the output sequence of EV10AQ190 A,data rearrangement is accomplished when EV10AQ190 A operates in one-channel mode and two-channel mode.Mechanism of adaptive dynamic delay adjustment for source-synchronous clock is designed,simulation results shows that the mechanism works properly.3?Buffer memory of large capacity data based on MIG is accomplished.The state machine to control DDR3 is designed based on the USER INTERFACE of MIG.The USER INTERFACE is simplified by the state machine,and is more portable.The results of function simulation and hardware test showed that state machine is stable and reliable.The maximum transfer rate is 1000 Mbps,which meets the requirements of ultra-high speed data acquisition system.
