The Implement And Research Of High-speed Data Recorder Based On SFP Transceiver

In recent years，as society increasingly demands of data security，data transmissionspeed and data transmission quality，a new data recorder which has high-speed datatransmission and large-capacity recorder is becoming to a hot and key research areas。Innowadays high-speed communication field， it is a new trend for data`s high speedtransmission by using optical fiber。And，the SFP（Small Form Pluggable）modules whichbe a key devices are increasingly applied。As for those，we are researching on the high-speedrecorder that based on SFP modules in this paper。The high-speed serial transmission is a keytechnology in the field of the data transmission link based on SFP module。The high-speed serial is widely apply to optical fiber communication、high-speed andlarge capacity storage and gigabit ethernet。In order to fulfill the demands of the paper，wedesign a recorder which controlled by FPGA and which based on high-speed serial interface。The fibre-optic interface based on SFP、the SATA（Serial ATA）interface which used for SSD（Solid State Drives）and the gigabit Ethernet interface which used for communicating withPC are integrated in the recorder。It also has the ability of high-speed data transmission andstorage。And，we design the program to control the high speed transceiver which named GTPin the series of Spartan-6FPGA，to communicate with PC through Tri-Mode Ethernet MAC，to communicate with SSD by SATA II，and to communicate with fiber by SFP based onprotocol customed。In the paper，we do the simulation for those programs。At last，therecorder fulfill the demands of high-speed and large-capacity transmission and storage by aseries of experiment。...
