The grain is the foundation of people's livelihood,grain security is of great importance in the national development strategy,therefore,doing a good job of grain reserves is an important link to ensure grain security.On the one hand,the total population is increasing year by year,but the arable land area is decreasing year by year.On the other hand,the poor supervision of grain storage has led to huge food losses.This thesis researches the grain situation remote monitoring system that monitors the most important temperature and humidity factors.And the factors mainly influence the grain storage safety.The system greatly reduces the potential safety hazard of grain storage and ensures the safety of grain storage.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:1)In order to complete the acquisition,analysis and storage of grain data,this thesis designs and implements the Server and the Client agent of the system,The Server implements to send the detection instruction to the specified Client agent;and receive the Client data and store the data in the underlying database.The Client agent implements to communication with the control host by serial to collect the grain situation data and parse the data;And the Client agent communications with the Server by Socket to receive the detection instruction and send the parsing data.2)In order to complete the analysis,early warning,management and display of grain data,this thesis designs and implements the Web of the system,the Web mainly implements the business functions of each module in the system.And business modules mainly include system management,basic setting,data detection,data analysis,system early warning,early warning SMS management.3)Aiming at the problem of data loss or failure of transmission from the Client to the Server,this thesis puts forward a solution: the data is processed in blocks and every block is sent to the Server in turn.4)Aiming at the problem that it needs to judge and measure artificially whether the depot is empty or half-empty,this thesis puts forward an empty and half-empty depot algorithm model,the algorithm model can judge and measure intelligently whether the depot is empty or half-empty.In the practical application of the depot,the satisfactory result is obtained.Finally,this thesis tests comprehensively the grain situation remote monitoring system.And ensures the system can effectively remote monitor the grain situation.And completes deployment of the system in the branch of Sinograin,the directly depot under branch,grain library.
