In order efficiently to collect and manage the various information of the grain in the national grain depot, the monitor and control system of the storehouse of the grain has been successfully set up with the contemporary computer technology, the automation and the intelligent capability are realized in the grain depot of the state. The communication system of the local area network, which is made up with 485 module, can collect the checked results and synthetically analyze the results. Meanwhile, when dealing with the results, the information from the other storehouse has been widely accepted, (such as, time for loading grain in the depot, breed, the type of the depot and so on), which includes (there is or no insect pest, which insect pest exits in the grain, whether exits mildew or not, where is the mildew, which method is needed for killing the insect pest, which type of the aeration is needed etc. The security level for keeping grain is highly raised in the national grain depot. The software system is constructed by using object-oriented method, then the reliability and maintainability are improved.The system can satisfy the requirement of application in the different area and the different depot, the hardware equipment of the system is executed strict according to the work condition in circumstance of the industry product. In the design of the veracity of measurement, the multiple accurate sensors of the temperature and humidity as well as advanced signal processing technique are adopted in the system. Because of the 10 digit high-speed-A/D transform, the system has the high veracity for measurement. When the moisture is measured, the special sensor is used.Fourier' s law is used to find heating problematic point in thethree-dimensional temperature felid, which provide the exact gist, for obviating the fault, when the insect pest is inspected, the audio frequency identification techniques are used, the insect pests of the different types are identify by the fast Fourier transform (FFT). Chemical means and techniques for killing the inspect pest are used to control the insect pests.
