China is a large agricultural production country.In recent years,the annual grain output has exceeded 1 trillion Jin,and the problem of safe storage of grain has also followed.Grain is easily affected by temperature,humidity,insect pests and other environmental factors during storage.If these problems are not handled in time,it is easy to lead to mildew and insect pests.Every year,our country will cause serious losses because of the mildew of grain,so it is very important to develop a grain depot measurement and control system.There are many problems in the existing grain depot measurement and control system in China,such as backward sensor technology,high cost,low degree of automation,poor scalability,lack of information integrated management platform,and a large number of wiring in some cases.Therefore,based on Lora wireless communication technology,this paper presents a grain depot measurement and control system which integrates measurement,control and management.It is mainly considered from the following three aspects:1.Grain depot management software design.It mainly includes grain depot information setting,grain situation detection,equipment control,alarm processing and other functions.Grain depot information setting includes the management of user information,grain storage information and grain depot information;Grain situation detection is divided into automatic collection and manual collection;Alarm processing is triggered only when the detected data exceeds the threshold;The temperature and humidity data are displayed in three ways: stereogram,line chart and report;Device control opens or closes the corresponding device through the visual interface.2.Hardware design of measurement and control.STM32F103 is selected as the main control chip of the measurement and control board,and the data acquisition module is based on Cortex-M3 microcontroller to realize the temperature and humidity detection of the granary;The device control module controls the device by adjusting the current drive relay through ULN2803 A chip;Wireless transmission module is based on e32-ttl-100 wireless module to realize the wireless transmission of data and instructions.3.Wireless communication design.Lora technology is used to realize wireless communication.Linear modulation spread spectrum is used to enhance the receiving strength and sensitivity of the signal and increase the communication distance.And Lora node has low working current,low energy consumption,and the battery is not easy to damage.The system realizes one to many wireless communication of grain depot based on the layout of e32-ttl-100 wireless module by formulating data packet format.The signal is stable and the transmission speed is fast.In this paper,from the overall design of the grain depot measurement and control system to its hardware design and software design,the components and functions of the system are described in detail and completely,and the installation test and overall performance analysis of the system are carried out.After testing and optimizing the hardware and software of the system for many times,the communication signal of the upper computer and the lower computer is stable within one kilometer,and there are few data packet loss and data sending and receiving errors.The hardware circuit board has stable current output and works normally in the extreme environment.Figure[70] Table[14] Reference[43]...
