The grain is the importance strategic materials and the foundation of the national economy, and it is the national safety and the people's livelihood, thus appears as the grain reserves grain deport storage observation and control and the management extremely importantly. This text studies grain depot network measurement and control system from three respects of hardware, software and dependability have carried on the analysis, the research, the design and the system realization, which takes temperature, humidity and airiness control as whole. This system plays very important function is storing the safely.This system is distributed network detecting and controlling system, which mainly made up of upper machine (PC), nether machine (MCU), airiness control, detecting and controlling machine, the sensor of temperature and humidity. Detecting and controlling machine complete the collection of temperature in the field. Nether machine is designed based on AT89C58 SCM which is the key component. This machine measures the temperature of grain and temperature, moisture of the granary on real-time, and this machine receives the order that PC sends and finishes the information exchange with PC. Upper machine achieves the wireless communication, data storage and displaying function, can show the state of the grain clearly. Finally, this text also presents dependability of system and measure of anti-interference. So this system is in a position to work of stabilization and credibility.The main contents are as follows: (1) Investigates grain storage at present the present situation, and offer the scientific basis for the design of this system. (2) Design the overall scheme of grain depot network measurement and control system. Carve up differ module according to actualise function of hardware and software. (3) Design hardware circuit and draw PCB board. (4) Install and debug of hardware circuit. (5) Design and debug software of upper machine. (6) Online debug. (7) Design dependability and anti-interference of system...
