Main physical parameters of grain reserve depot are temperature and humidity. It is crucial that How to implement fast and accurate measurement of these parameters when we research grain monitoring and controlling system.This system is one distribution type monitoring system based on grain depot temperature and humidity. It may gather the multi-spot temperature and the humidity data, and the long-distance range upload to PC. The system may also fixed time (each hour or every day) prints automatically the data for momentarily supervises or the archive. In addition, it can also copy data into the floppy disk into the data file and easier to save and view at any time with computer filed documents.The system adopts intelligent control software, According to the need system can set the temperature and humidity upper and lower limit alarm. When the warehouse (food or other) temperature and humidity over the upper and lower limit values, the master computer have auto-alert issued audio. High temperature and high humidity give on the glide alarm, and the low temperature and low damp give down sound alarm differently. Managers who can take timely measures can control temperature and humidity, in addition, the computer also issued to slave command to open the control temperature and humidity control equipment and ventilation equipment.This article describes a set of temperature and humidity monitoring system, using the computer for automatic detection and control in real time, which can significantly improve the quality of grain storage and reduce warehousing staff and too bring greater economic benefits.
