With the increasing number of high-rise buildings,the use of elevators has gradually increased.In addition to the quick and comfortable nature of people's pursuit,safety is often overlooked.Now that security is mentioned,security must be safe.This paper in view of drive traction machine control system,test system,auxiliary hook overspeed governor control system design and simulation of capsules of measurement and control,used to reach the elevator safety clamps,rope clamp device,the quality of the overspeed protection system such as speed limiter testing purpose.Uplink test system consist of the upside tower,test rack(simulation of capsules),counterweight housing,weight,weight handling mechanism,rope clamp device,brake test bench,the working platform and ladder,guide jack,guide rail support device,buffer device,hoisting system(the towed traction machine,driving traction machine,electromagnetic clutch)and electric control system and other parts.For the convenience of the test,there are three free weights counterweight handling mechanism,which can load and unload the test frame in the tower.The weight handling mechanism is composed of walking mechanism and lifting mechanism.The walking mechanism completes the front and rear longitudinal movement and left lateral movement of the weight,the lifting mechanism completes the lifting and placing of weight.The measurement and control system by the traction machine driving devices,sensors,industrial control,etc,the traction motor control according to control requirements of ABB company produce DCS800 type dc speed regulator,finished the parameter setting and optimization.Hardware design according to the need to select the tension sensor,laser range finder,a batch of smart sensors such as accelerometer,through CAN bus and industrial connection,complete the data collection,transmission and analysis.Based on LabVIEW and MATLAB software as the development of software part design platform,realize the measurement and control system of data acquisition,data analysis and processing,and use the Lab VIEW made a friendly man-machine interface.The test and control system developed in this paper has the characteristics of safe and reliable operation interface,rapid and accurate and automatic.
