Study Of Governor Test Stand Based On ARM And UC/OS-Ⅱ

With the development of science and technology,testing technology is becoming more and more important in the every field of science.Governor test stand is a testing tool which debug and check the performance of the governor.It is made good use of in repairing plants of ships,especially in professional plants where produce and repair the governor.The research and development of the governor test stand which is controlled by ARM and uC/OS-Ⅱis based on the development of testing technology for governor all over the world and the actual requirement of work and operate conveniently.The governor test stand have made good use of the technology of embedded single-chip and sensor,the faction of governor test stand was realized by the way of handling the data was collected by sensors,such as the speed of DC motor,the signal of displacement sensor,and so on.A new type of full-color LCD was used to display all kinds of experimental data.In this paper,we are mainly research in the control system of governor test stand,on the base of analysising the modular design which was realized by the embedded software and hardware,we draws lessons from the design thought of" the development flat".First,it builds hardware terrace based on the ARM foundation of the built-in minimum system,then studies the key interface circuit especially,and integrate many kinds of interfaces for diferent demands.Second,based on transplant of the ARM on uC/OS-Ⅱ,general software flat has been built.Further more,interface circuit for drive procedure has been designed.At last,we design Servo system for DC motor through designed flat,and we study PID controll in which parameters are real-time self-modified,at the same time,realized at as ample and motor control.Precision of the testing Platform of governor test stand is improved by the research of this system.It can prepare for realizing the completely auto-control and lighten the laborintensive, improve work efficiency and reduce the cost of testing and avoid the danger.It is very important for us.
