Research On Document Approval Method For Mobile ERP

In recent years, more and more enterprises like mobile Enterprise Resource Planning for its superior performance and 4A-oriented management. However, with technological advances and approval of further growth in demand for mobile ERP, document approval has also suffered from the unprecedented challenges:(1) widespread problems of heterogeneous in mobile ERP system leed to that the approval operations can not provide comprehensive documentation informations;(2) the approval model does not support custom approval rules and the dynamic changes;(3) the approval model does not support mobile approval function.For the problems in mobile ERP, combined with the current technologies of middleware, component and SMS, and then given depth-study on document approval method for mobile ERP in this paper.First of all, for heterogeneous problems existing in mobile ERP, proposed a kind of heterogeneous integrated model, elaborated on designing ideas of the integrated model, introduced the structure of the various components in integrated model, and given the process of integration,the corresponding algorithm and algorithm analysis.Secondly, based on the integrated model, designed approval component for integration document, and presented approval rules defined model, and given algorithm for rule matching and dynamic modification of rules, combined with SMS technology, conducted a concrete realization of mobile approval. Again, described the process to work together of integrated model and approval component, and put forward the corresponding algorithm, and given detailed analysis of the algorithm.Finally, given the concrete realization of integrated model (registration component, query component, wrapper and results processing component) and approval component (approval operation component, approval configuration component, approval control component and rules engine), the true business data validated that the integrated model and approval component is feasible.
