For government units and company executives, how to know theattendance and field work of the expatriates in time is a realistic question.Due to the particularity of their own working environments and styles, theexpatriates have such problems as untimely information feedbacks anduncertainties in their communication authenticity, which lead toproblems in implementing the work and confirming the performance. Thisresearch studies how to use Ubiquitous Mobile Attendance Client APP tosolve to reduce such problems.Currently, the market for the performance and attendance at home andabroad is in disorder with many checking approaches for work attendancecoexisting together, including the manual recording in earlier days, thepunch card for small enterprises, videos, SMS and mobile client APPCurrently, most of the domestic attendance system is the products providedby the telecom operators for the manufacturers to participate in theoperation. Generally, attendance is checked through a punch card, video andsome SP services including SMS service. compared with the domesticmobile attendance clients that could only release information at a low levelat present, the foreign mobile attendance clients could deeply integrate allaspects of the application system. They conduct more data mining services.However, limited by the various telecommunications operators in differentregions, there exist many problems including signal dead zones, datalatency and inaccurate positioning.This thesis is mainly a design on how to use the Android MobileAttendance Client APP to call the GPS and to position the base stations onthe users’ mobile phones and on restoring the abnormal locations before thenetwork attenuation when the network is disconnected so as to achieveubiquitous mobile attendance. The approach to realizing it is to reducepacket losses resulted from delays by means of two-phase data commit. Thegeohash algorithm is employed to compare the locations to be positionedand positioned locations to achieve accurate positioning and achieve thegoal of effectively improving the positioning accuracy. Meanwhile, the process of attendance checking is optimized in three aspects. By geohashstringifying the user’s location, it realizes the automatic sign-in in themobile client APP, which reduces the users’s distaste for using it. Byautomatically judging the users’ attendance positions through the server, itcould reduce the daily work burden of the attendance management personnel.By making a preliminary identification on the users’ facial features, itprevents the cheating problem in the attendance. It supports real-timedispatch communications and push notifications to enhance thecommunication efficiency among the users. Besides, it makes a smallinnovation in adding the compatibility module of Beidou positioning in thepositioning function and reserving Beidou positioning parameters.
