| With the production scale and sales region constantly expanding,cross-industry group companies urgently need a Production Planning and Production Management System,which is convenient,fast and efficient,to make production plan s and organize production,so as to enhance the responsiveness for the market order.At present,China's large enterprises with a higher level of informationization are using systems like ERP,MES and APS.According to the 13 th Five-year Plan for informationization construction,the company has decided to develop a core system to coordinate the marketing and production organiz ation,which is called the Production Planning and Production Management System.At first,this paper describes in details the research background of the Production Planning and Production Management System which is adopted by process manufactory industries,discrete industries and hybrid industries.Besides,this paper tries to analyze the research status of the system,to summarize the research background and source,as well as to describe the main work,problems to be solved and innovation ideals.Secondly,this paper carried out requirement analysis and performance analysis of the system,and adopted the principle of three-tier architecture.Based on the comprehensive research,we used the system development theory to analyze business process and data flo w.Finally,we obtained functional requirements and non-functional requirements of Production Planning and Production Management System.And then,based on J2 EE standard system construction,we adopted the 3 layer structure of the B/S model and make the ap propriate expansion of mature MVC model.Apart from that,under the condition of different people from different locations with the access of different methods and manipulate a common database,the company also realized the purpose of making production pla nning and organizing production management by telecontrol.Finally,the system is implemented by J2 EE composite framework. |
