Abstract/Summary:
The study of this thesis is derived from the research of "Shop Floor Rapid Responsive Manufacturing System". From the point of view of software realization, many researches on the theory and related application technique of the planning and scheduling system are done in order to make this system more efficient and more flexible. These researches and practice enable the planning and scheduling system to be more reusable and reconfigurable.By considering the characteristic of diversity and small-batch production, the methods of plan decomposition, capacity checking and scheduling in the planning and scheduling system which is a subsystem of Shop Floor Rapid Responsive Manufacturing System are analyzed.Functional requirements of this subsystem are analyzed, and the Use Case diagram is drawed by using UML. The static model and the dynamic model are built driven by the Use Case. Then the object raletional mapping is completed and the data model is established.Following the thought of layered design, this subsystem is stratified into four layers: presentation layer, business logic layer, business entity layer and data access layer .And the componets in the data access layer are separated into two kinds: data access logic component and data access helper component. By these methods, this subsystem can be easier to be reuse and reconstruction.According to the UML model of this subsystem, the .NET componets in each layer are detailedly designed, and the prototype of this subsystem is established.
