Research On Production Scheduling Optimization Of H Semiconductor Company

The semiconductor industry’s technical level and development scale has become a major limitation for a nation,due to the swift advancement of the information and intelligent sector.The advancement of economic growth,as well as scientific and technological advancement,is evident.Consequently,nations have instituted a succession of regulations to foster the growth of their semiconductor sector and allocated immense sums to subsidize the advancement and enlargement of their semiconductor industry.Due to the characteristics of many manufacturing processes,complex processes and high costs,semiconductor chip manufacturers must adopt efficient production scheduling schemes,utilize limited resources for reasonable scheduling and allocation,and expand output to cope with the increasingly fierce competition in semiconductor chip industry.The production scheduling system of H Semiconductor company consists of four modules: production planning,production line regulation,cycle management and capacity support.This thesis takes production planning and production line regulation in production scheduling of H Semiconductor Company as the research object,focuses on analyzing the problems existing in feeding strategy and dispatching strategy,calculates the production cycle time through expert investigation method,analytic hierarchy process and system clustering method,and builds the production scheduling optimization model on this basis.The production planning model was constructed based on integer linear programming.Excel branch definition method was used to solve the optimal product feeding ratio and determine the bottleneck process under this feeding strategy.The intelligent scheduling model of important sites was built,and the production line control was carried out by automatically generating Special targets to ensure the balance of the production line.The production schedule of H semiconductor was improved and optimized from two aspects: production planning and production line control.The research on semiconductor production scheduling problems is helpful for enterprises to save energy and reduce consumption,improve their economic benefits,increase their market competitiveness,and provide practical guidance for the production scheduling of H Semiconductor Company.
