Single Small Batch Production Mode, The Planning System And The Optimization Algorithm

There are more and more Job-Shop type productions in manufacturing. In these factories, products are always multiple with little amount and the techniques for that are diversified, which changes the capacity bottleneck frequently. So these enterprises need a seemly application system to meet the requirements of practice.At first, in this article, we analyzed the requirements for the planning system in this kind of enterprises. Then we expatiated the ways to design it by defining the function model and the information model. At the same time, we discussed how to construct the BOM for materials together with the information of techniques, based on which the arithmetic for MRP was also studied. By the way, we tried to make use of the theories of SA to make up an optimized algorithm for production planning and control, in the course of which we entered into setting up the mathematics model and designing the logic of approach.At last, the key modules of this application system was developed and illustrated.
