| Planning and production are the two core links in the management of manufacturing enterprises.The production planning and scheduling management system can help enterprises formulate production plans and organize production,and is an important part of enterprise informatization construction.This thesis takes an electronic manufacturing enterprise as the research object,according to the existing problems of the enterprise,combined with the goal planning of the enterprise to build a smart factory,a set of production planning and scheduling management system for smart factory is designed and implemented.This thesis firstly expounded the research background and practical significance of the production planning and scheduling management system.Then by investigating the actual business scenarios of the enterprise factory,the technologies required for system development were selected.After completing the comprehensive system requirements analysis,the overall design of the system was started,and the overall structure of the production planning and scheduling management system for smart factory was proposed.The system was divided into five functional modules:system management,basic data management,production planning management,production scheduling management and material management.In the detailed design and implementation phase,the system was implemented using development technologies such as SpringBoot framework and Mybatis-Plus framework,combined with class diagram and sequence diagram,the coding and implementation process of system business functions were introduced in detail;at the same time,a set of task sorting strategy was designed for the system,which was used for the scheduling of workshop tasks..Finally,the test cases of each functional module were written,and the performance of the system is tested to ensure that the system can operate normally.The production planning and scheduling management system for smart factory developed in this thesis has been running stably for more than two months after it was officially deployed and put into use.Based on user feedback and testing of system performance,it was confirmed that the system can meet the functional and performance requirements of the enterprise,helping the enterprise to improve production efficiency. |
