In the management of enterprises,wage management as an important means to the daily management of enterprises.The enterprise calculates the employee's basic salary and benefit bonus through the employee's work,attendance and performance indicators.In the daily management of enterprises,wages as an important means to motivate employees,if we can use scientific and effective methods to assess employees and calculate their wages efficiently.In order to supervise the daily work progress of employees,so as to fundamentally improve the efficiency of the enterprise.In the process of calculating wages,the traditional way to reduce the efficiency of employees is to get a lot of time.At the same time,due to the manual calculation of wages,sometimes there will be errors and other situations,making the enterprise's financial errors.In view of the above situation,enterprises need an information-based salary accounting management system to realize the daily wage management of enterprises.In this paper,based on the analysis of the enterprise's wage accounting management process,the domestic and foreign salary accounting management system is studied.After analyzing the daily management of the enterprise,the salary accounting management system is designed and implemented.Firstly,it designed the roles of the system and the functions that each role needs to use through the system.Then it analyzed the functional requirements and non functional requirements of the system.The system needs to realize the management of basic salary,bonus,performance appraisal and attendance.The user roles of the salary accounting management system are mainly employees of human resource department and all employees of the enterprise.On the basis of requirement analysis,the whole system was designed.The system realized by browser server framework,which provides a visual operation interface for users of the system.According to the salary accounting process of the enterprise,the system divided into seven functional modules:salary information management module for salary operation,attendance information management module for viewing attendance information,basic information management module for enterprise employee and department information management,statistical query management module for querying salary information and personal tax information,performance evaluation of enterprise employees bonus management module,five insurance and one fund management module for setting up employee's social security,provident fund proportion of,and system management module.Enterprise employees can log in the system to view their salary payment,and employees of human resources department can also log in to set the proportion of five insurances and one fund that employees need to pay,and calculate the performance bonus and attendance salary of employees.Through the realization of the salary accounting management system,the enterprise realized managing the salary accounting process by information.Compared with the traditional salary accounting management method,the salary accounting realized by the system is more accurate.At the same time,it also provides a visual and convenient salary query function for employees.
