The employee salary is the most concerned issue,which is related to the stability of theinternal structure of the enterprise.In order to attract talents,enterprises constantly adjust the salary and treatment of employees.But in the process,there are still many details that are prone to error,which will affect the calculation and payment of wages,such as omission of statistics,calculation errors and so on.While the management system can solve most of the negative effects caused by manual operation,and make the internal salary management work accurate,efficient and comprehensive.In the meantime,the working efficiency of financialpersonnel will be improved and the salary policy can be communicated to the employees in a timely and effective manner,which will help to improve the employee's satisfaction,reduce the cost of the enterprise and increase the income of the enterprise.As an important support of China Unicom's human resources management work,China Unicom's salary management system is a key component of Unicom's human resource management.In order to exert the function of human resources management fully,company needs a perfect salary management system to carry on the systematic management to the employee's salary.Based on this point,this paper integrates the performance appraisal system of the company,and develops the salary management system of Unicom Company,which is mainly used in the payroll accounting and distribution of the employees.The system consists of three main modules: the salary management module which is responsible for salary calculation,the personnel management module responsible for personnel and examination information,and the system maintenance module which is responsible for the maintenance of the basic data of the system.On the basis of a large number of related literatures,the system analyzes the accounting and issuing business of the employees' salaries and analyzes the company's salary management business by using UML technology,and then designs and implements the three main functional modules of the salary management system.The salary management system of Unicom adopts J2 EE architecture,which provides good performance and user experience for system users.The system adopts B/S mode,client only needs browser,and server is using Eclipse and JDK.Application server adopts open source Apache Tomcat6.0.The system uses SQL Server2008 as backstage database,providing a stable and secure data storage environment for the system.After passing the system test,China Unicom's salary management system can realize the various functions of salary management.The system can not only satisfy the company's calculation and audit of employees' salary and can count out the salary related data.The system provides functions that improve the disadvantages of the company's previous manual operations and improve the efficiency of salary management and human resources management.It provides the necessary basis for enterprise financial information management and human resource management information.
