The Design And Realization Of The Salary Management System Of Anhui Vocational College Of Industry And Trade

As the rapid development of Chinese higher education continues to grow in recent years, the sheer size of Anhui Vocational and Technological College of Industry and Trade is becoming bigger and bigger while its ability is getting stronger.At the moment, our college is in the reforming stage which prepares for the next stage of becoming a normal university. So we are effortlessly researching on the salary management system(SMS) which is an important part of digital management construction.This SMS fully researches on process,system and basis of current salary management resulting the requirement analysis with the consideration of practicality of our college. Using B/S structure mode to develop the SMS that can be operated within collegiate LAN. These are Salary management, Personnel management and System management. Main features include system user character management, department management, staff info management, bonus standard management, salary input and inspection and data inquiry.This paper illustrates the construction process of the SMS featuring Asp.Net technology skills based on a B/S structure mode. It introduces procedures and methods of the background of the development of this system, related technologies, requirement analysis of the system, overall design of the system, realization of specific functional modules and system testing.At this very moment, the system has been generally developed. From the beta test, it has achieved its goal which satisfies the current needs of salary management of our college. It is more efficient than the previous manual-produced one.
