At present,China has not yet a unified hospital performance evaluation standards,each hospital is based on their actual situation,the application of different statistics,assessment methods in the performance appraisal.Part of the hospital started earlier,has begun to use the performance appraisal software for performance appraisal work,but most of the existing hospital performance appraisal management model is mainly based on the hospital information system to provide various types of business statements for the data source,by artificial classification summary,And finally come to all kinds of assessment indicators.With the continuous deepening of the performance appraisal and refinement,assessment data,such as still need to be calculated by way of manual statistics,then the information data lag and inaccuracy issues will become increasingly prominent.This requires the design and development of a hospital performance appraisal management system,to achieve electronic management for the hospital performance assessment work to provide assessment of data collection and statistical summary of the function,significant savings in manpower,material and time,simplify the work process,improve work efficiency,and The maximum to avoid the artificially caused by the error.This paper first introduces the research status of hospital performance appraisal and management at home and abroad,expounds the background and significance of the development of the system.Secondly,it introduces the relevant basic theory involved in the system realization process,and expounds the performance evaluation of the Third People's Hospital in Kunshan Program.From the implementation of the guiding ideology,the implementation of the principle of reward performance pay,performance of the implementation of the object,composition,distribution model and the monthly assessment of the specific way of payment and other aspects of the specific discussion;and then in the system needs analysis stage,through the assessment program Demand analysis,the system needs to complete the collection,and its needs analysis,respectively,completed the demand modeling,data modeling and process modeling.Through the requirement analysis,the main functional requirements and nonfunctioning requirements of the system are determined.Then,in the design and implementation phase of the system,the functional modules and databases of the system are designed and implemented according to the requirements of demand analysis.The six functions of the performance appraisal management module are discussed in detail.Finally,in the system testing phase,the use of black box test method to design test cases,for the main business functions to complete the system function test.The performance of the system was tested by Load Runner test software,and the test results were analyzed.The test results show that the system basically meets the requirements of hospital performance appraisal management,its function and performance can reach the actual use standard,can be applied in the hospital performance appraisal work.The system uses the key performance indicators(KPI)to determine the specific content of the assessment;the use of PHP language,Ajax technology for front-end interface system design and implementation;Oracle database to design and management of background data,and the use of new interface(view),Through the ODBC to obtain the HIS system KPI indicators workload and balance of the balance of data;using B/S architecture to achieve Oracle database and application server connection.The system since May 2016 in XX Hospital officially on the line since the use of good running.Which realized the automatic collection of the assessment data,the automatic calculation of the examination results and the independent inquiry of the results of the examination,which greatly improved the working efficiency and provided a strong guarantee for the hospital performance pay reform,and got the consistency of the hospital leaders and the staff Recognized.
