The Design And Development Of Supplier Selection System For Chinese Medicine Enterprises

With the continuous development of social economy, the traditional Chinese medicine which is the basic kind of industry in the people's livelihood is gradually getting people's attention. When People are concerned about their own health, at the same time they begin to pay more and more attention to the development and management of Chinese medicine enterprises.The Suppliers which are the specific implementation of procurement play the leading role in the supply chain. They control the procurement costs of all enterprises, and they are the main source of the profit. Supplier's evaluation and selection is not only an important part of the enterprises supply chain,but also the basis of system management. Unlike Europe countries and the United States buying medicine in the large wholesale department directly,traditional Chinese medicine needs to go through 3-4 links to finally get to consumers. The evaluation and selection of suppliers is the premise of the supply chain operation,which will directly affect the production cost of enterprises purchase. Therefore, it is necessary and practically significant to study and investigate the selection of suppliers.In this paper, for the example of Chinese medicine enterprises G. It firstly elaborates the current problem of out of stock in the current Chinese medicine enterprises. With the analyzing of the data to find the source of the problem. Due to the suppliers can't provide the adequate raw materials, the whole supple chain of enterprises is suspended. Therefore, this thesis sets up the evaluation index system with the help of questionnaire method. This evaluation index system aims to traditional Chin-ese medicine enterprises, which is pertinent.Then, the BP neural network method is used to construct the model of supplier selection, and the numerical simulation is carried out to verify that the BP neural network has good objectivity about prediction result and can reflect the merits of the supplier accurately. In order to combine the difficult algorithm with practice, this paper finally uses the Java language and MySQL database to develop the system of supplier selection evaluation based on the previous research results, and finally realize the purpose of assisting enterprise decision.
