China is the world's industrial powers,foreign trade export occupies an important proportion in China's economic development,with the influence of A trade war with China,the footsteps of China's economy and the rapid development of science and technology has been the obstacle,and various kinds of electronic products made in China depends on the core of the device is integrated circuit,therefore as distributor of integrated circuits as A company in the domestic and international economic environment become worse and the increasingly fierce competition in the industry situation,facing growing pressure to survive,they are in urgent need of cost reduction,protect customers,promoting development,and therefore all the more important supplier selection and management,and enhance company management as an important strategy.Through A large number of literature study,this article choose scientific supplier selection evaluation method as the important basis of this study to evaluate suppliers,this paper combined with the enterprise actual situation analysis of the defects in the supplier selection evaluation and management of A company,and then summarizes the evaluation index of integrated circuit industry suppliers,again through the way of questionnaires to industry experts through expert scoring 12 important supplier selection evaluation index,evaluation index model was constructed by analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and further establish their corresponding weights;Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to evaluate the five suppliers of company A by combining the index weights analyzed,and their corresponding evaluation scores are calculated.According to the final evaluation scores of the suppliers,they are classified,and then the different characteristics of each supplier and how to select suppliers in the actual business are analyzed according to the evaluation results.In this paper,according to the different features of various suppliers index analysis,develop different management strategies for different suppliers,supplier good advantages continue to exert their existing advantages and complement in the management,and other suppliers of such formulate corresponding management specification,implement different management standards,further improve enterprise efficiency,consolidate the purchasing decision source channels,optimize productquality and price,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
