With the acceleration of globalization and the increasing complexity of competitive markets,competition among enterprises is not limited to product quality and R&D technology,as well as lean management and resource integration.Faced with this challenge,companies began to introduce lean theory for business management.However,in the process of using the lean theory to carry out the reform of the enterprise,some problems hinder from the implementation of the reform which need to be solved.The source of the problem is not only within the enterprise,but also partly from the supplier.There are many problems in the selection and evaluation of suppliers' indicators and methods,which hinders the integration and optimization of resources and the smooth development of production,and also increases the procurement cost.Therefore,how to use lean theory to optimize the indicators and methods of supplier selection and evaluation is crucial for enterprises to reduce procurement costs and ensure the quality of materials.This paper takes supplier selection and evaluation of S company's Y project as the main research content,and systematically analyzes lean theory and supplier management theory to provide theoretical support for supplier selection and evaluation of Y project.Firstly,describing the status quo of supplier selection and evaluation of S company,and then according to the materials to be purchased for project Y,analyzing the problem with using the existing method in the implementation of the supplier selection and evaluation,which provides a practical basis for redefining the selection index system and evaluation methods.Secondly,based on the lean theory,the indicators selected by the supplier are collected,and the AHP is used to select the indicators.the supplier selection index system is constructed.the AHP/DEA model is used to select the appropriate supplier based on the purchased materials required by the Y project.Finally,in order to assess whether the selected cooperative suppliers can become lean suppliers and be included in the supplier database,the supplier evaluation index system is reconstructed,and the RBF neural network is used for evaluation,and the supplier management strategy is proposed based on the evaluation results.The primary innovation of this paper is based on the theory of lean theory.It analyzes the special requirements of lean theory for supplier selection and evaluation,and conducts lean management for suppliers based on the evaluation results,broadening the application field of lean theory,making a new attempt on supplier selection and evaluation under lean theory.In terms of indicator innovation,based on lean theory,factors that influence supplier selection and evaluation are extracted,according to the actual situation of the enterprise and the different emphasis and purpose of supplier evaluation in the process of supplier selection and evaluation.Two complete index systems of supplier selection and supplier evaluation are established.In terms of method application innovation,this paper uses AHP/DEA model to select candidate suppliers,avoids the influence of subjective factors on the judgment matrix when using AHP method to select suppliers,and solves the problem of bias of evaluation results due to uncertain factors,uses the obvious advantages of radial basis neural networks in dealing with nonlinear and complex problems to evaluate the suppliers,makes the selection and evaluation process of the entire supplier more objective and effective.
