Research On Supplier Selection Method Of Machine Tool Enterprise Based On Bayesian Network

With the rapid development of the globalization of production,many enterprises have chosen to outsource their non core businesses in order to protect their core competitiveness.In this process,how to choose suppliers efficiently has gradually become the focus of market competition.Based on this,this paper establishes a supplier selection model which considers the supplier selection index and the various costs in the enterprise operation process.Based on the after sale data,this paper selects the servo driver of a number of CNC machine tools in the fault times and the greater degree of failure.Indicators are studied to find suppliers with the best performance.(1)Present situation investigation.After the basic data investigation of R company,the malfunction of the machine tool in the process of production and operation is sorted out,the source of the fault is analyzed,and the suppliers of the parts with more faults are found.At the same time,the specific reasons of the failure mode are found out by the fish plot analysis,which provide the supplier selection index system.A certain practical basis.(2)supplier selection system is established.Through consulting the literature on the greater impact of the Chinese and English database on supplier selection from 2008 to 2018,this paper summarizes the supplier selection index proposed in the literature,and finds the frequency and the more important part,and establishes the candidate index system based on the research situation of the enterprise.Then,we choose attribute reduction based on rough set to reduce candidate supplier selection index system and establish supplier selection system preliminarily.(3)The choice of the supplier selection method.Firstly,the main situation of the existing supplier selection method is analyzed,and the Bayesian network is established as the supplier selection method based on the multi variety and small batch production characteristics of the machine tool industry.(4)Example verification.On the basis of the weight of each node,the relationship between the node and the factor node and the influence degree of the factor nodes on the cost nodes are obtained on the basis of the weight of each node.Taking the model into account,the supplier with the lowest total cost of ownership is selected as the best supplier.At the same time,the effectiveness of the model is verified to a certain extent through the analysis of the effectiveness of the application in the enterprise.
