Research On Equipment Supplier Selection Evaluation Of Company B Based On FA&BP Neural Network

Enterprises need to strengthen the management level of suppliers in order to meet higher production and quality needs,Under the increasingly important environment of supply chain management.Supplier selection and evaluation is the source of supply chain management,which is of great significance to supply chain management.The complete supplier access and evaluation principles are not only conducive to the selection and management of suppliers,but also can identify the shortcomings of each supplier in cooperation according to its evaluation results.Assistting suppliers to complete improvement programs,improving supplier supply quality,and then improved enterprise quality level.The purchasing products of enterprises are mainly divided into equipment,materials,office supplies and so on,among which equipment products cost more and have a greater impact on the production.Therefore,the selection and evaluation of equipment suppliers is an important part of enterprise supply chain management.Company B is a large-scale enterprise in China,which products display.Its products are sold all over the world.It has a leading position in the industry.There are many kinds of equipment in the enterprise,and the cost is high.However,the current evaluation index of equipment suppliers used by the company B is very obsolete,and mainly includes quality,price and other dimensions.There is no reasonable restriction on the qualitative and quantitative treatment,which results in strong subjective factors in the evaluation results of suppliers.In view of the above problems,this paper rebuilt the equipment supplier selection evaluation system of Company B from the following three aspects.The research conclusions are as follows:?1?Complete equipment supplier evaluation index system.On the basis of literature research at home and abroad and interviews,this paper collects many indicators of supplier selection evaluation,and optimize the evaluation indicators according to the characteristics of Company B's industry and its development.Through the Likert scale,the importance of indicators was investigated,and an evaluation system of equipment supplier selection was established with SPSS 24,which includes9 first-level indicators and 38 second-level indicators,including enterprise status,procurement cost,technical team status,service status,transportation and response,quality level,equipment performance,environmental protection status,quality and technology improvement and R&D.?2?The equipment supplier selection and evaluation system based on BP neural network.After training,the correlation R value of the system is 0.99145,and the maximum difference between the predicted actual value and the expected value is only4.32%,and the minimum is 0.21%.The training effect is suitable and it can be trusted to evaluate and predict.The equipment supplier selection evaluation system also has the following characteristics:1)The BP neural network in the system introduces a double hidden layer mechanism,which makes the system more applicable;2)Users can manually adjust training times,minimum errors and learning rate according to actual needs,so as to reduce the loss of optimal results and enhance user experience.?3?The scientific and effective demonstration of the index system.This paper calculates the contribution rate?influence degree?of each index to the total score of the supplier by W_ij and V_j output of the equipment supplier selection evaluation system,thus verifies the validity of the index selection,and further verifies the scientificity of the evaluation results of the equipment supplier selection in this paper.
