Design And Implementation Of An OA Flexible Workflow Management System

Workflow is a business process of automation or computerization which is supported by a computer or automated processing of all or part of the business process.Usually the concept originates of workflow is produced in production organization or office automation,and aimed at daily work with fixed program of activities.The development and progress of computer technology,directly contributed to the development of workflow technology.People through the use of workflow technology to organize business processes,business logic and management structure,largely solved in the process of enterprise information problems,improve the efficiency of enterprises and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.As a software system workflow management system is done to define or manage workflow.which based on pre-defined workflow logic is instantiated in the system execution.The main problem to be solved workflow technology is to achieve a business objective,using a computer system to automatically transmit information,tasks or documents between multiple participants in accordance with a predetermined rule.Firstly,the concepts related to workflow technique and functional structure and reference model of workflow management system are introduced.Recent research of workflow management system is reviewed.Aimed at the problem of dynamic workflow of lack of support,through the analysis of the requirement of flexible workflow engine,the elementary concepts and research of flexible management system are discussed and the whole frame work and key techniques of flexible workflow management system are presented.Thirdly,Based on study above,the engine of flexible workflow management system is designed.This paper has given some key parts design of the engine,such as function design and database design.By using the introduction of Web Service technology into workflow,using the web service encapsulation,dynamic and interoperability technology.design and implementation of workflow engine in soft environment.And the dynamic property of flexible workflow activity instance to conduct in depth research on the dynamic change and to achieve the process of scheduling process,then puts forward to the multi engine cooperative model,to solve the cross platform integration and interaction between the coupling.Workflow management system takes full advantage of the technological advantages Microsoft.NET framework.It's a highly flexible and adaptable software systems.Meanwhile.NET-based workflow management system is developed under the Microsoft.NET framework-based system architecture adopt major classic three-tier architecture,allow full play to the merit of.NET technology framework and C# language,apply to a large extent improved the dynamics and flexibility of the system.
