The Application And Research Of Workflow In Synergistic Office Automation

In this paper, the main technologies for developing modern office, Automation(OA) based on workflow are studied.As the development of computer network technology, enterprise has an overwhelming request for an OA (office Automation) system for the collection ,transmit and organization of all the information from everywhere ,which claims a great desire for the workflow technology.Workflow technology is the core of WFMS (Workflow Management System), and is the key to propel the work within an enterpriseWorkflow is a process that can be fulfilled automatically or semi-automatically. According to a predefined process, workflow connected every participant. Due to the recent progress of workflow, the OA systems become more and more popular. With an emphasis on OA ,and based on the analysis and research of the architect ,reference meta-model and specification from WFMC (The Workflow Management Coal it ion), this thesis covered the characteristics ,current development, and further progress of the workflow technology as well as the utilization in OA system and the development method and process workflow-based OA system. with the deep analysis of the access control mechanism of OA system, following the Plain Role Permission Model and hierarchical Role Permission Model, We come up with a Organization-Chart-Based Role Permission Division Method , and the concept of the role restriction based on Organization Party and insisted that the organization model of a workflow should support the work process of large organization and cross-organization ,with the adopt of model of an organization that contains party group ,party and role, and the restriction of role permission.At last ,this thesis makes further emphasis on the adoption of workflow technology in OA system, with the experience of the development of a practice OA system.
