Research And Implementation Of Office Automation System Based On SOA

Office automation (OA, Office Automation) system is an office automation system. According to which, computer and network technology are applied to improve office efficiency and achieve high corporate. Office automation system can supply software support for enterprise business, and business automation, standardization, information sharing, task allocation can be implemented, and the mutual cooperation of various departments can be strengthened.In this paper, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) is studied, the workflow in the internal characteristics is discussed, and an OA system is developed based on SOA. The main contents are as followed:1. In view of situation of existing OA system home and abroad, the current shortcomings in OA system is analyzed, a solution based on SOA is put forward. According to SOA technology, the development of system can be focused on the design of services on business, which can separate the business and technique, and different communication protocols, and solve the integration of different software, hardware platforms. There are some advantages such as flexibility, availability, integration, scalability and so on, and the OA system based on SOA can satisfied the requirement of enterprise.2. To support better collaboration in OA system, Lotus Domino/Notes tool is adopted, and cross-section, cross-boundary, cross-temporal collations are implemented. Notes C/S client and B/S client is supplied for different users with different permissions.3. Workflow engine based on SOA is designed to track and control the internal circulation of documents. OSWorkFlow flow definition syntax is adopted to control the workflow steps and workflow navigation, and which can guarantee the security and flexibility of system.4. According to characteristic and functions of the enterprise, OA system is divided into several functional modules. The design and implementation of the electronic document module is analyzed. In SOA technology, creating services, using services and designing internal logic in services are discussed. The electronic document workflow process is designed, and four route control methods of workflow are put forward. At last according to Portal technology, a unified enterprise portal is built and the work platform can be customized.
